Tumbbad 2 Release Date: The curiosity of Tumbbad fans is now about to be fulfilled. The makers of the film have officially announced the release date of the much-awaited sequel Tumbbad 2. This folk horror film starring Soham Shah is set to hit the theaters in December 2027.

On Wednesday, Sohum Shah shared the official poster of the film on his Instagram account and announced the release date. The film will be released in theaters across the country on December 3, 2027. Soham Shah wrote in the post, "A past full of sins, a dreadful future. The hunger grows, the legacy of greed continues…Mark the date in your calendar, #Tumbbad2 is coming on 3rd December 2027. #PralayaAayega."
Who are the people in the film?
Tumbbad 2 is being directed by Aadesh Prasad. The film has been jointly produced by Sohum Shah Films and Pen Studios. Along with Sohum Shah, Nawazuddin Siddiqui will also be seen in an important role in the film. The combination of both the actors is a topic of much discussion among the audience.

Talking about the film, Soham Shah said, "Tumbbad has always been very special for me. Through Tumbbad 2, we are taking that world forward with more depth. Dr. Jayantilal Gada of Pen Studios said that an attempt has been made to make Tumbbad 2 a grand cinematic experience. The film will further expand this universe and keep the audience completely engaged.
Director Aadesh Prasad said, "The first film has its own identity. We have taken the story and scenes forward while maintaining the original spirit. The effort is to make the audience feel connected to the old film, but at the same time get some new and deeper experience."
