The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has extended the application deadline for UPTET 2026, thereby providing an additional opportunity to those candidates who had not yet been able to apply. According to a notification issued by the Commission on April 25, 2026, candidates can now submit their online applications until May 3, 2026. 

The original deadline was set for April 20; consequently, the dates for fee payment and making corrections to the application form have also been extended. Interested candidates are advised to complete the application process well within the stipulated time.

The notification for UPTET 2026 was released on March 20, 2026, while the application process commenced on March 27. As per the revised schedule, the final date for submitting applications is May 3, 2026. Meanwhile, May 8, 2026, has been designated as the deadline for depositing fees and making corrections to the application form. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on July 2, 3, and 4, 2026.

Finally, pay the application fee, submit the form, and retain a copy of the submitted application for your records.
