KYT Helmet: Strengthening its presence in the premium riding gear segment in India, KYT Helmets has officially launched the KYT R1R Full-Face Helmet. This helmet was first introduced at India Bike Week and is now available for Indian riders. It is specially designed for those who want better performance, safety and aerodynamics while track riding or high-speed road riding.

Design and testing
Designed and developed in Italy, this helmet has been tested for more than three years. This includes wind tunnel simulation and real track tests, enabling it to maintain better stability at high-speeds and balance during cornering.

Advanced Aerodynamics
The helmet’s aerodynamic shell and rear spoiler reduce drag and increase stability at high speeds. It has multiple air intakes and Venturi-effect exhaust system, which ensures better ventilation. Additionally, the Hydrocool inner lining controls heat and moisture.

Strong and lightweight construction
The KYT R1R Full-Face Helmet features a tri-composite shell made of carbon fiber, aramid fiber, and fiberglass. Additionally, the multi-density EPS liner provides better impact absorption, further increasing the level of protection.

Visor and safety features
The helmet has an optical class 1 visor, which gives 210 degrees horizontal and 90 degrees vertical vision. It also includes features like roto-translation mechanism, metal racing lock system and pinlock-ready visor. In terms of safety, it meets ECE 22.06 certification.

The price of this helmet in the Indian market starts from ₹39,000 to ₹43,500, making it a strong option in the premium helmet segment.
