Meanwhile, after the completion of the first phase of voting, Amit Shah expressed confidence of victory and also revealed the number of seats.

Home Minister Amit Shah told a press conference in Kolkata, “The people of Bengal have broken all records by enthusiastically voting for change in the first phase of the assembly elections. The BJP will win more than 110 of the 152 seats polled in the first phase of the Bengal assembly elections.” Union Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah expressed this belief.

Amit Shah further said, “No one died in the first phase of the Bengal elections and I thank the Election Commission and the security forces for ensuring this. The Trinamool Congress will definitely be out of power; the BJP will form the government in Bengal with an absolute majority.” He claimed that.

Record turnout in West Bengal

Amit Shah said, “There was a record turnout in the first phase, which shows the desire of the people of Bengal for change. People came to vote without any fear and without fear of Trinamool Congress (TMC) goons. According to Shah, this record turnout clearly shows that the time of Mamata Banerjee government is over and now Bengal needs a BJP government.”

In a press conference, Amit Shah launched a scathing attack on the TMC and said, “When the BJP government is formed, problems like corruption, syndicate rule, law and order and infiltration will end in the state. He assured that if the BJP comes to power, it will provide employment to the youth, security for women and a new development model for the state. Shah also said that every infiltrator will be kicked out of Bengal and ‘love jihad’ and ‘land Incidents like ‘Jihad’ will be completely stopped,” said Amit Shah.
