Materials:

• purple
• water
• sugar
• Roasted cumin powder
• Black salt
• Lemon juice
• Chaat masala

• To make Kala Khatta drink, first of all, soak the purple in water for some time. After that remove the pulp of the purple and keep the seeds aside.
• Make a fine paste by adding jambhal gar and little water in a mixer bowl.
• Add the prepared paste to the pan and add sugar as needed and mix well. Keep the prepared mixture on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Then add roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala and lemon juice to it and mix well and take off the flame.
