Importance of Ayurvedic medicine
Ayurvedic practitioners attempt to balance the body through various herbal remedies, a balanced diet, lifestyle changes, and stress management.
cause of diseases
Diseases and suffering arising from one-third imbalance are caused by holistic doshas, which classify the body into three major energy types: vata, pitta, and kapha.
personal balance
According to Ayurveda, every person has a unique balance between these three energy types. Everyone has a mixture of Vata, Pitta and Kapha, but usually one or two of these doshas are dominant. This balance affects body type, appetite, energy levels, mood and tendencies.
holistic treatment approach
Unlike Western medicine, which takes a uniform approach, Ayurveda offers holistic treatments taking into account individual needs.
ayurvedic body types
Vatta: It is considered to be like air, which is responsible for movement and bodily functions. When in balance they are creative and energetic, but when in imbalance they experience fear and stress.
Pita: It manages digestion and energy expenditure. Pita types are intelligent and hard-working, but can become angry when imbalanced.
