**Mandatory OTR (One-Time Registration) Before Applying**

**Vacancies and Eligibility**
Approximately 731 vacancies are to be filled under this recruitment drive. Detailed information regarding post-wise and category-wise vacancies will be released at a later date. Candidates are required to have passed the 12th standard or an equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University by August 1, 2026, in addition to possessing proficiency in stenography skills. The age limits are as follows:
Grade C: 18 to 30 years
Grade C: 18 to 27 years
Age will be calculated as of August 1, 2026. Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen) will be granted age relaxation in accordance with government rules.
Examination Pattern and Selection Process
This examination will be conducted in a computer-based mode and will be an open, competitive examination. Through this process, direct recruitment will be carried out for Group B and Group C posts. Only those candidates who possess proficiency in stenography will be eligible to appear for the examination.
Document verification will be conducted by the respective departments following the declaration of the final results. Candidates will be required to submit their original certificates, mark sheets, and documents about their educational qualifications. In the event of a failure to submit the required documents, the candidature will be cancelled.
