**Who Can Apply?**
To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a graduate degree from a recognized university. Candidates belonging to the General, EWS, and certain other categories are required to have secured a minimum of 50% marks, whereas 45% marks are deemed sufficient for candidates belonging to the SC, ST, OBC (NCL), and Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) categories.
No prior work experience of any kind is required for this recruitment drive. The maximum age limit is set at 30 years as of April 27, 2026. Age relaxation benefits of 5 years will be granted to SC/ST candidates, 3 years to OBC candidates, and 10 years to candidates with disabilities. Additionally, existing RITES employees will be granted an extra age relaxation of 5 years.
**Application Fee Details**
Candidates applying for the RITES Assistant HR position are required to submit the application fee online. For candidates belonging to the General and OBC categories, the application fee has been fixed at ₹300 plus applicable taxes.
For candidates belonging to the EWS, SC, ST, and PwBD categories, the application fee is set at ₹100 plus applicable taxes. The fee must be paid exclusively through the designated online payment gateway. If the fee is not successfully submitted, the application will be deemed incomplete and subsequently rejected.
**How Will Selection Be Conducted?**
Based on the results of the written examination and the number of available vacancies, candidates will be shortlisted and called for document verification. The final selection will be based entirely on the marks secured in the written examination, which carries a weightage of 100%. Additionally, it is mandatory for the candidate to be medically fit, as stipulated in the RITES regulations.
**Salary Details**
For the post of Assistant (HR), the salary will range between ₹20,000 and ₹66,000 (IDA Pay Scale). At the entry level, a candidate can expect an estimated CTC of approximately ₹8.16 lakh per annum.
