Tezzbuzz Desk – With the growing trend of online free trials and subscriptions, even a small mistake can cause big losses. One such case has come to light, where Archana Puran Singh’s son Ayushman Sethi became a victim of online fraud. Through the service which he activated thinking it was a simple free trial, about Rs 87 thousand was deducted from his credit card in one go.

This incident came to light when Aryaman Sethi mentioned this entire matter in his family vlog. While in the beginning of the vlog, normal family moments were shown, later on Ayushmann looked quite nervous. When asked, he told that suddenly a huge amount was debited from his card, due to which the entire family was shocked.

According to Ayushmann, he had accepted an online service in the name of seven days free trial. Initially a trial transaction of $0 was shown, which they accepted. But shortly thereafter, the entire year’s fees were deducted from his card without any additional confirmation.

After this unexpected transaction, Ayushmann immediately tried to contact customer care. Archana Puran Singh also advised him to immediately talk to the bank and card company. Initially there was an atmosphere of tension in the family, but later the atmosphere became lighter.

Interestingly, this is not the first time that Ayushmann has become a victim of such fraud. His brother told in the vlog that even before this, around Rs 80 thousand had been deducted from his account. Regarding this, the family jokingly said that Ayushmann has become a “regular customer” of such frauds.
