Siddapura: One person was seriously injured after a car collided with a scooter near Machattu Cross in Siddapura.

According to reports, Abhishek Shetty and his brother Anil Shetty, residents of Jaddinagadde, were travelling from Amasabailu towards Siddapura on a scooter when a car coming from the opposite direction hit their vehicle.

Abhishek Shetty sustained serious injuries in the accident and was admitted to a private hospital in Koteshwara. Anil Shetty suffered minor injuries.

A complaint has been filed by Anil Shetty, and a case has been registered at Amasabailu police station.
