Pawan Khera Apply For Anticipatory Bail In Supreme Court: Congress leader Pawan Khera has moved the Supreme Court after his anticipatory bail plea was rejected by the Gauhati High Court. He has reached the Supreme Court demanding anticipatory bail in the FIR case to the wife of Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
It is noteworthy that Kheda had alleged that Sarma’s wife Rinki Bhuyan had passports of three countries, to which the Chief Minister had given a strong reply. It is noteworthy that now he has approached the Supreme Court in this matter.
Gauhati High Court had rejected the petition
Earlier on Friday, the Gauhati High Court had rejected the anticipatory bail plea of Congress leader Pawan Kheda. Considering the seriousness of the case, the court refused to grant him relief. After this, keeping legal options open, Kheda decided to approach the apex court. This matter is already considered politically sensitive, in which sharp reactions have come from both sides.

He claimed that CM Sarma’s wife Riniki has passports of three different countries.
