Singapore’s burger restaurant to close after 13 years

The burger restaurant also thanked its customers for their long-standing support and patronage throughout more than a decade.

Just last month, the restaurant removed seven burgers from its menu due to reasons such as food waste and food quality, AsiaOne reported.

Singapore has seen a series of restaurant closures recently.

According to statistics from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority, 3,148 food businesses ceased operations in 2025, up from 3,047 in 2024.

As of early 2026, Singapore’s food and beverage sector remains highly volatile, with independent restaurants especially exposed to pressure from elevated operating costs, low productivity, and weakening consumer demand, The Straits Times reported.
