AAP MP Raghav Chadha said, “I am revealing to you today the real reason why I kept myself aloof from party affairs. I did not want to be involved in their crimes. I refused to be involved in their criminal activities, hence I was considered ‘unfit’ for their friendship. We were left with only two options: either to quit politics and stop the public welfare work we had undertaken for the last 15-16 years; or channelize our energy and experience into positive politics.” Therefore, we, two-thirds of the AAP members in the Rajya Sabha have decided to join the BJP using the provisions mentioned in the Indian Constitution.”
More than two-thirds of MPs with us
Announcing the split in AAP, Raghav Chadha said at a press conference, “Aam Aadmi Party has 10 MPs in the Rajya Sabha. More than two-thirds of the MPs are with us in this campaign. They have signed. We have submitted a letter to the Rajya Sabha Speaker.” Chadha, who was present at the press conference along with Sandeep Pathak and Ashok Mittal, said that Harbhajan Singh, Rajendra Gupta, Vikram Sahni and Swati Maliwal are also joining the BJP. Raghav Chadha tried to raise Kejriwal’s anxiety by saying that apart from these seven people, he is also in touch with them.

Bhagwant Maan Sarkar also ensures free medical treatment facilities up to Rs.10 lakh for the poor. He alleged that the BJP has done the work of destabilizing such a government and betraying it.
