Under the chairmanship of Additional District Magistrate V/R, a meeting was held in the Collectorate Auditorium on Friday in the presence of district level officers as well as other concerned officers for quick and quality disposal of public complaints received on the IGRS portal.
During this, the Additional District Magistrate, while addressing the officers present, said that it is the intention of the successful Chief Minister of the state to ensure that the complaints received during Janata Darshan, Tehsil Day, IGRS, Police Station Resolution Day are resolved in a timely and quality manner, so that the problems of the people can be resolved in a timely manner.
He said that to resolve the complaints received on the IGRS portal, the concerned officers should go to the site and get the feedback of the complainant and dispose of the complaints in a quality manner. During disposal, ensure to upload GPS photographs to the proceedings at the site.
The concerned officers should also keep getting feedback on the complaints received by logging into the IGRS portal every day. Make sure that the complaints received are resolved in a timely manner; action will be taken against the officers who resolve the complaints on the last day. During this, Additional District Magistrate Namami Gange Rohit Yadav, DC MNREGA Ravindra Veer Singh and district level officers were present.
