New Delhi: We know that Lamborghinis sit low in order to make them aerodynamically efficient. Sometimes that can be a bit of a disadvantage, especially if you are in somewhere like Florida, which is the land of tall, lifted trucks. It is almost impossible to spot anything that is even a little under your bonnet.
A video has been going viral where the driver of a lifted Chevrolet Silverado, quite oblivious behind the wheel of a three-ton truck, missed an entire Huracan, drove onto it and then put it in park to find out what had happened. From the footage seen, the Lamborghini was probably looking for a parking spot, and the Silverado was spotted arriving quite quickly.
How the Chevrolet Silverado crashed on the Lamborghini Huracan
The truck comes, doesn’t brake, and just climbs onto the bonnet of the beautiful Huracan and keeps going. Of course, in terms of crash compatibility, these two just don’t match up, with the Lamborghini sticking close to the ground and the Chevy truck standing really tall. As a car enthusiast, of course, seeing the Lamborghini in such condition is quite heart-wrenching.

It is a well-known fact that the taller the cars get, the less the front visibility tends to become, and the blind zone keeps increasing.
From the videos, it does seem that no one was hurt, and what appears to be one person, who appears to be the owner of the Huracán and goes by the name of 1realramon on Instagram, shared footage of the aftermath and takes it rather well for someone whose Supercar was just smashed upon.
Whilst the event turned light, the question does arise as to how such a lapse could prove to be fatal if it were a child or a person. In fact, it is for these types of incidents that more intrusive ADAS systems are required. The Chevrolet Silverado is the second most sold truck in the USA after the Ford F-Series trucks.
