Materials:

  • Fresh wet Bombil
  • Garlic
  • came
  • Onion
  • Kiss of wet coconut
  • black pepper
  • Green chillies
  • Kokum
  • salt
  • Oil
  • Kadipatta

Action:

  • To make green extract of wet bombilla, firstly, clean the wet bombilla and cut them into medium size pieces.
  • Wet Bombil cooks quickly. Therefore, they should not be cut into fine pieces at all. This can spoil the food.
  • Wash the cut Bombilla thoroughly with water. Make a paste by adding wet coconut pulp, ginger, garlic, coriander, black pepper, green chillies and little water in a mixer bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add finely crushed garlic and coriander leaves and fry till it turns red.
  • After that, pour the prepared paste into it, add salt and kokum as per taste, add water as required and take it off the boil.
  • After boiling the sara properly, add wet Bombil and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Ready Sweet and sour essence of wet Bombila made in a simple way.
