1. Do not eat if you have diabetes
There are 9.7 grams of sugar in 10 grams of jaggery. If you eat it in large quantities then your blood sugar level may increase. If you have sugar problems then avoid jaggery.
2. People with nosebleeds should not eat jaggery.

3. If you want to lose weight then avoid

4. People with arthritis should not eat jaggery.
Jaggery contains a lot of sucrose. If you have arthritis or any inflammatory problem then avoid eating jaggery. This can increase inflammation.
5. Avoid eating during constipation
If you have constipation problem then avoid jaggery. The nature of jaggery is hot. This may cause problems in digestion.
6. People with colitis should keep distance
If you have ulcerative colitis then you should not eat jaggery at all. Whereas in Ayurveda, eating jaggery with fish is prohibited. This may cause side effects.
