Abhishek Sharma Ran Riot In Hyderabad
Abhishek remained unbeaten on 135 and he ended up with 10 fours and 10 sixes. He now has the 9 T20 hundreds, joint-highest with none other than RCB star Virat Kohli. Sharma also completed 2000 IPL runs for SRH, joining David Warner, Shikhar Dhawan and Kane Williamson in the elite list.
Sharma and Kishan launched an attack on Yadav as the duo slammed 22 runs in the 11th over. Taking on the DC's bowlers, Sharma, in the 15th over, brought up his second IPL hundred. It is the 25-year-old's ninth T20 century overall, thus equalling the record held by Virat Kohli for most centuries by an Indian in men's T20S.
Travis Head wasn't in his usual self and could only manage 37 off just 26 balls. Abhishek and Head forged a 97-run opening stand. Captain Ishan Kishan then launched a brief onslaught by smashing a 25 off just 13 balls, adding 79 runs for the second wicket. DC Captain Axar tried to disrupt SRH's plans by unleashing Nitish Rana in the power play, but that didn't work.
