On Monday, 20.04.2026, in the public hearing/public darshan program organized by Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra Abhishek Verma in the police office, the complaints of citizens from different police station areas of the district were heard with seriousness, sensitivity and complete promptness. During the programme, complaints to revenue matters and other police matters were received. The Superintendent of Police, taking personal cognizance of each case, gave clear instructions to the concerned area officers and police station in-charges to ensure fair, transparent and timely disposal.
He directed that all complaints should be investigated qualitatively and factually and the victims should be informed on time about the action taken. A warning was also given of strict action if negligence, delay or harassment is found at any level. Instructions were given to ensure immediate legal action in cases where prompt intervention is necessary.
