Green vegetables like spinach, fenugreek and drumstick (moringa) are rich in iron. They nourish the body naturally and play an important role in removing anemia. It is very important to include these in the diet regularly.
Dates and Raisins:
Dates and raisins are good sources of iron and copper. Along with increasing blood in the body, they also provide energy. Eating them after soaking them in the morning gives more benefits and weakness goes away quickly.
