4. Makhana:
Makhana is a low calorie and high nutrition food. It contains magnesium and antioxidants, which help in controlling sugar. It can be lightly roasted and eaten as a snack.
5.Barley Flour:
Barley flour is considered very beneficial for diabetic patients. It is high in fiber, which allows blood sugar levels to rise slowly and makes you feel full for a long time.
