How will WhatsApp’s business chat filtering work?

This feature is designed to help Android users organize business account chats in a proper manner. This upcoming feature will help users to control how business chats can be managed. This is also said to help reduce chat congestion and spam. Currently, WhatsApp displays messages from business accounts along with normal messages in the main chat list.
