Women employees at TCS Nashik unit have alleged sexual harassment, obscene comments and religious insults. A female employee has narrated her ordeal accusing two accused Raza Memon and Asif Ansari of pulling her saree, touching her inappropriately and insulting her on the basis of religion.
Mumbai A woman working in the Nashik unit of TCS has made serious allegations of sexual harassment and mental torture against her colleagues. The woman says that after starting the job, she had to face derogatory comments like 'player', 'zero figure', obscene gestures and questions related to personal life in the office.
Harassment started during training
The woman told the police that after marriage, she started working in TCS Nashik in June 2025. During training, her leaders were Shahrukh Qureshi and Jayesh Gunjal. She alleged that another team lead, Raza Memon, who was not associated with the training, repeatedly approached her asking personal questions and passing comments on her married life.
Objectionable questions and comments
According to the woman, Raza Memon used to repeatedly ask her how she handled herself while being away from her husband. Not only this, he used to ask questions related to honeymoon and also comment on personal life. According to the woman, team leader Shahrukh Qureshi used to encourage these things and often asked questions about her marriage and personal life.
Calling you 'player' and mental pressure
The woman told that Raza Memon had started calling her 'player'. He always called her by this name in the office. Whenever he had trouble at work, Shahrukh would deliberately send him to Raza, where he was humiliated by Raza.

The woman told that on the day of Gudi Padwa in March, when she had come to office wearing a saree, Raza pulled her pallu. She said that the incident happened in the office lobby, which made her very uncomfortable. At the same time, Raza Memon's family has called these allegations false. Her uncle Ayaz Qazi said that it was a conspiracy, which was hatched because of her professional success and good performance.
Harassment allegations against another employee also
The woman has also made serious allegations against another employee Asif Ansari. She said Asif would repeatedly sit near her, touch her inappropriately and make personal comments like 'zero figure'. Asif touched her inappropriately, hugged her and made comments about her body, which troubled her repeatedly.

The woman told that this harassment continued even after office. Asif Ansari started messaging her on social media platforms Instagram and LinkedIn. The woman blocked him, but he continued trying to contact her. The woman alleges that Asif made objectionable remarks about Hindu deities. When he protested, he was threatened with harm at work.
Many women made allegations, police registered FIR
This woman is among more than half a dozen women who have accused their male colleagues of sexual harassment and forced conversion. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Nashik Police has registered 9 FIRs in this case and arrested 8 people, including a woman operations manager.
TCS statement: Zero tolerance policy
TCS has clarified that it adopts a 'zero tolerance' policy against harassment and coercion of any kind. According to the company, in the initial investigation it has not received any such complaint on its POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) channels. However, the employees against whom the allegations have been made have been suspended and the investigation is ongoing.
