Strong 7.4 Magnitude Earthquake Strikes North Japan, Tsunami Warning Issued

A powerful earthquake measuring 7.4 magnitude on the Richter scale hit the northern region of Japan on Monday. The Japan Meteorological Agency has issued a tsunami warning for Iwate Prefecture and parts of Hokkaido.
