The makers of Mahavatar Parashuram have unveiled the film’s first poster, offering a striking glimpse into what is being billed as a grand retelling of Parashurama, the sixth incarnation of Vishnu.

Following the massive success of Mahavatar Narasimha, backed by Hombale Films and Kaleem Productions, the next chapter in the franchise is already generating strong buzz. The newly released poster teases a visually rich cinematic experience, hinting at the scale and intensity the film aims to deliver.

Fans who were captivated by Mahavatar Narasimha have been eagerly awaiting what comes next, and the announcement of Mahavatar Parashuram has only heightened that anticipation. The film’s powerful tagline — “Where patience ends, Parashurama's axe begins!” — sets the tone for a story rooted in justice, fury, and divine purpose.

The film will explore the legend of Parashurama, portraying how Lord Vishnu took this fierce incarnation to eliminate corrupt and arrogant rulers who had strayed from the path of righteousness, restoring balance and dharma.

Speaking about the vision behind the project, producer Vijay Kiragandur said the film aims to reconnect audiences with their cultural roots while presenting the story in a contemporary and engaging format. He described it as a tale of heritage, strength, and purpose.

Directed by Ashvin Kumar, the film is produced by Vijay Kiragandur and Shilpa Dhawan under Hombale Films and Kaleem Productions. The music for the film is composed by Sam CS.
