WWE Smackdown Highlights
Pat McAfee and Randy Orton arrived and met Nick Aldis, who gave Pat a contract to sign. McAfee signed it quickly, while Orton headed to the ring.
In the ring, Orton said he didn’t need Pat but wanted him, calling him honest and real. He said Pat helped him realize he just needed to be himself. Orton then turned on Cody Rhodes, saying Cody tried to control him and only ever took from him.
He brought up past moments, saying he supported Cody but never got the same back. He also mentioned issues involving Kevin Owens and said Cody kept letting him down. Orton made it clear he was done with that. He said at WrestleMania, he would win his 15th title and prove himself again with the RKO.
The MFTs vs Wyatt 6 (Street Fight)
The street fight was chaotic from the start. It quickly turned into a full brawl with weapons like steel steps, chairs, kendo sticks, and trash cans used throughout.
Both teams traded big moments. Rowan even dove onto Talla outside. Gacy and Lumis used kendo sticks to fight back. The action stayed intense with multiple near falls and heavy hits.
In the end, Solo Sikoa hit the Samoan Spike on Uncle Howdy to win the match for The MFTs. After the match, Tama Tonga looked unhappy while staring at Solo, hinting at tension.
Damian Priest & Ron Killings (c) vs Grayson Waller & Kofi Kingston
The match for the WWE Men’s Tag Team Championship saw Damian Priest and Ron Killings defend against Grayson Waller and Kofi Kingston. Priest dropped Waller early before tagging in Killings, who kept the pressure with punches and a quick combo attack.
Waller and Kingston turned it around, isolating Killings and working as a team. Kofi hit a nearfall and a Penalty Kick before Priest got the hot tag and cleaned house. The pace picked up as all four got involved, with big moves and quick counters.
In the end, they hit a flapjack into a reverse STO to finish it. Priest and Killings won by pinfall and retained the titles.
Jade Cargill and Rhea Ripley face-off
Jade Cargill came out with B-FAB and Mia Yim, ready to speak, but Rhea Ripley interrupted her.
Rhea said Jade had been avoiding her and called her scared. She warned that at WrestleMania, she would embarrass her. B-FAB fired back, saying Rhea was the one failing every time. Rhea replied that Jade had been hiding since Elimination Chamber and told her to speak face-to-face.
Jade mocked Rhea, saying she wasn’t scared and called her insecure. She claimed she was better than Rhea and promised to dominate her at WrestleMania. Rhea laughed it off and said her struggles made her stronger.
Jordynne Grace vs Tiffany Stratton – #1 Contender Match
The #1 contender match saw Jordynne Grace face Tiffany Stratton, with Giulia and Kiana James watching at ringside. Grace controlled the early pace before the break.
After returning, Grace hit a strong superplex, but Stratton countered with a DDT. The action stayed even with quick counters and nearfalls. Stratton then took control with a handspring Stunner and set up her finisher. Tiffany Stratton won by pinfall with the Prettiest Moonsault Ever.
Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal
The Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal started with full chaos as everyone went at it early. Joe Hendry, Johnny Gargano, Nathan Frazer, and Chris Sabin were among the first eliminations after quick counters and surprise attacks.
Axiom, Ilja Dragunov, Rey Fenix, and others were thrown out during the nonstop action. Big names like Shinsuke Nakamura, Aleister Black, and Matt Cardona were also eliminated in the later stages as the ring narrowed down.
In the final moments, only Royce Keys, Talla Tonga, and Otis were left. After a hard battle, Royce Keys won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
Cody Rhodes and CM Punk Segment
Cody Rhodes opened the segment by talking about WrestleMania and past controversies around his title matches. He said he didn’t believe in conspiracy talk and focused on his match against his mentor, where the world title is on the line. He also said Randy Orton has changed but still carries his past of not taking responsibility.
CM Punk then entered in a suit and joked with Cody. He said he came to give advice and keep him focused. Punk said both of them would still be around after WrestleMania and called it their shared moment as champions.
Punk stopped the music and said he was focused on winning at WrestleMania and celebrating with the fans. In the end, both Cody and Punk left the ring and joined the crowd together, ending the show on a friendly moment.
