He then picked up two more wickets in his second over, removing Karun Nair (5) and Sameer Rizvi (2). At one point, DC were reduced to 18/3, but KL Rahul and Tristan Stubbs helped them recover.
The duo forged a 69-run partnership for the fourth wicket. Rahul looked in great touch and batted brilliantly to complete his fifty. He was removed for 57 runs by Krunal Pandya in the 11th over. Captain Axar Patel (26) played a brilliant cameo but struggled with cramps and had to retire hurt eventually.
RCB bowled brilliantly and conceded just 14 runs in the next three overs. DC needed 15 runs in the final over, and Romario Shepherd gave away just two runs off his first two deliveries. But Miller redeemed himself by smacking two maximums on the next two balls to level the scores. He finished the match with a boundary to help DC secure two points.
Phil Salt’s 38-ball 63 powers RCB to 175/8After being asked to bat first, RCB openers Phil Salt and Virat Kohli provided a great start and stitched a 50-run partnership in the first five overs. Lungi Ngidi removed Kohli for 19 runs in the last over of the powerplay. But Salt continued the momentum and completed his fifty in just 30 balls.
DC made a strong comeback in the match as skipper Axar Patel dismissed in-form Devdutt Padikkal for 18 runs in the 10th over, and Kuldeep Yadav removed Phil Salt for 63 in the next over. Captain Rajat Patidar (8) and Tim David (26) also failed to make big contributions as RCB struggled to score runs in the middle overs.
