American family explores Hanoi life through alleyways and wet markets

After navigating the winding alleyways, Legault’s family continued onto the city’s busy streets under guided supervision.
“Chaotic but exciting—I really enjoyed it,” Chris, a family member said, adding that she did not feel afraid as she blended into the flow of traffic and followed the movement of others.
Branson who rode with Legault observed the dangerous situations on the road, including some people running red lights.
The little boy noted that pedestrians in America are usually given way, while here, it seems few people care about that.
