Women Reservation Bill Falls in Lok Sabha, Govt Drops Other Bills

The Constitutional Amendment Bill failed in Lok Sabha after securing 298 votes in favor and 230 against, falling short of the two-thirds majority. Speaker Om Birla confirmed no further action, and Kiren Rijiju announced the withdrawal of other bills.
