The incident took place in a village within the Dankaur region of Greater Noida, where a young man married a girl from Bulandshahr on a Monday. After the wedding, the bride moved into her new home. However, by Tuesday evening, she began experiencing severe abdominal pain, prompting her in-laws to rush her to a local hospital. Upon examination, doctors revealed that she was seven months pregnant, shocking both the groom and his family.

The bride gave birth to a girl on Tuesday, just a day after the wedding. The bride's family was notified immediately and arrived at the hospital. Meanwhile, the groom's family refused to accept her, leading to a police report being filed. They accused the bride's family of deception, claiming they were unaware of her pregnancy when the engagement was arranged five months prior.

The groom's family expressed their discontent, stating that they had met the bride before the engagement but were not informed about her condition. Consequently, they decided against keeping her in their home. The bride, originally from Bulandshahr, has since returned to her parental home following this unexpected turn of events.
