You can prepare an incredibly delicious sweet dish using coconut, almonds, and chocolate. Not only is it perfect for serving to guests, but it also offers a healthy way to satisfy your sweet cravings. It requires neither cooking nor baking. So, let's make these quick-to-prepare Coconut Chocolate Balls!

**Ingredients You'll Need:**
1 cup whole almonds
2 cups grated fresh coconut
½ cup toasted dried coconut flakes
A pinch of salt
¾ cup condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate (or chocolate chips)
Coconut oil

**How to Prepare:**
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread the almonds in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

Roast the almonds for 8–10 minutes, or until they become fragrant and turn golden brown in the center.
Once cooled, coarsely chop the almonds.

Now, take another rimmed baking sheet and line it with parchment paper. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped almonds, fresh coconut, toasted dried coconut, and salt; mix thoroughly with the condensed milk using a large spoon.

To form the balls (or *laddoos*), scoop out about two tablespoons of this mixture at a time. To prevent them from sticking, arrange all the formed balls neatly on the baking sheet and place them in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours until they firm up.

In a bowl, microwave the chocolate and coconut oil for 20 seconds. Stir the mixture at intervals until the chocolate has completely melted and is smooth.

Line another baking sheet with parchment paper. Dip each coconut ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely, and place it onto the lined baking sheet.

Sprinkle some grated coconut over the finished chocolate balls and return them to the refrigerator for another 1–2 hours to set.

**Preparing in Advance:**
You can prepare the almond and coconut mixture a day ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until you are ready to proceed with the rest of the recipe. The next day, you can dip them in chocolate to complete the balls. This saves you the effort of having to complete the entire process in a single session.

**How to Store for an Extended Period**
If you wish, you can store these Coconut Chocolate Balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1–2 months.
