Dogs are renowned for their loyalty, often serving as a symbol of devotion. Despite being voiceless, these animals exhibit profound love for their owners. When their owners face challenges, dogs are willing to risk their lives. Many have witnessed films that celebrate the loyalty of dogs, showcasing their ability to teach us about friendship and fidelity.
Recently, a video has gone viral on social media, highlighting the loyalty and affection of a street dog in Agra. This remarkable footage captures the heartwarming bond between the dog and a family.
The dog ran for 5 kilometers
In a captivating video circulating online, a stray dog from Uttar Pradesh's Agra is seen chasing after a family in an e-rickshaw. The dog, which typically survives by scavenging in the neighborhood, followed the family until they allowed it to join them in their vehicle.
According to reports, a family residing near the Maruti State intersection in Jagdishpura was relocating to a new home. As they transported their belongings in an e-rickshaw, the local street dog spotted them and began to run after the vehicle, covering a distance of 5 kilometers.
Deep bond formed through kindness
It appears that the dog had developed a strong attachment to this family, particularly the children who often fed it bread. This interaction fostered a deep friendship between them. The children would regularly share their meals with the dog, leading to a close bond.
As the family prepared to leave on Monday, the street dog recognized them and began to follow. The family was heading towards Lohamandi in the e-rickshaw, and the dog persistently chased after them for about 5 kilometers.
The video goes viral
As the dog chased the e-rickshaw, a passerby named Ravi Goswami noticed the scene and recorded a video that has since gained significant attention online. The dog continued to run behind the rickshaw until the family decided to stop and let it join them.
