Royal Challengers Bengaluru delivered a composed and commanding performance to secure a five-wicket victory over Lucknow Super Giants in their IPL 2026 clash at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, with Virat Kohli, Rasikh Salam Dar, and Bhuvneshwar Kumar emerging as the key figures.

His 49 runs came through smart shot selection, steady strike rotation, and timely boundaries, keeping the chase firmly on track.

Jitesh Sharma added 23 valuable runs, maintaining the tempo during the middle overs, while Tim David remained unbeaten on 14 to guide the team home with ease.

RCB never allowed the required run rate to climb, treating the chase as a process rather than a pressure situation. Even as wickets fell, there was no panic—only measured adjustments and steady progress.
