Manuah Bihu – The second day is called Manuah Bihu, which is celebrated on 15 April. On this day people wear new clothes and take blessings of the elders of the house. According to religious belief, wearing white hand-woven clothes on this day is considered auspicious.
Gosai Bihu – The third day is called Gosai Bihu, which will be celebrated on 16th April. On this day people go to temples and perform worship and bhajan-kirtan.
Kutum Bihu – The fourth day is called Kutum Bihu, which will be celebrated on 17th April. On this day families and relatives come together and enjoy traditional dishes.
