The Chinese automaker Leapmotor will soon be making its debut in India with its B10 electric SUV. This has been confirmed, as Leapmotor has filed the patent for the B10 EV SUV. For those who may not be aware, Leapmotor will be brought to India by Stellantis, which currently owns brands such as Jeep, Citroen, and Maserati. Presently, the official timeline of the launch of the Leapmotor B10 has not been announced.

The patent images clearly show that the B10 EV SUV, which is sold in international markets, will be launched in India with the same design. It will be sold under the joint venture of Stellantis and Leapmotor, where Stellantis will hold a 51 percent share in the joint venture and the remaining 49 percent will be owned by Leapmotor. It is possible that the B10 could be making its debut later this year or by early next year in India.

Internationally, it starts at Rs 32.7 lakh, and in China specifically, it is priced at Rs 12.7-14.25 lakh. In terms of the design, the Leapmotor B10 electric SUV boasts a very clean, modern, and minimalist styling. At the front, it will get a split headlamp setup with slim LED DRLs on top, square LED headlights below, a blanked-off grille, and a simple bumper design.
