Nimbus Projects Q4 pre-sales rise 77 pc to Rs 281 cr
New Delhi: Nimbus Projects' sales bookings rose 77 per cent to Rs 281.24 crore in the March quarter of the last fiscal.
Its sales bookings stood at Rs 158.90 crore in the year-ago period.
According to a regulatory filing, the company's sales bookings stood at Rs 545 crore in the entire 2025-26 fiscal.
Sales bookings or pre-sales stood at Rs 653 crore in the preceding 2024-25 financial year.

"The strong growth in pre-sales reflects sustained homebuyer confidence and healthy demand across our key markets. Our focus on timely execution and disciplined sales strategy continues to support steady conversion of bookings into collections, strengthening our cash flow position," Bipin Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director said.
Since its incorporation in 1993, Nimbus Group has delivered multiple residential and commercial projects across Noida and Greater Noida.
