The favorite dish of all of them is Hapus mango sweet poli. You can make mango poli and eat it to welcome guests at home or if you want to eat something sweet at home. Hapus mangoes are as good for the body as they are for the taste. After getting tired of eating plain cut mangoes all the time, you can make some different dishes from mangoes. It does not require much ingredients to make mango poli. You can make this traditional delicacy in minimum ingredients. A great breakfast option in the morning rush! Make soft semolina idlis quickly without using oil
Materials:
- Hapus mango juice
- Wheat flour
- salt
- Cardamom powder
- semolina
- milk
- Nutmeg powder
- Turmeric
Make a pickle of spicy fenugreek pods to take orally with food, the body will get a lot of nutrition along with the taste
Action:
- Take a bowl of wheat flour in a large plate and mix it with salt to taste. Then add a pinch of turmeric to it and mix well.
- Add hot ghee to the prepared batter and mix and slowly add water to knead the dough. Make a tight ball.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add semolina to it and fry on low flame. Then add mango juice and milk as required and keep mixing continuously.
- Then add cardamom powder and nutmeg and mix well. Collect the prepared mixture solidly.
- Take a small ball of wheat flour and roll it and fill it with the prepared mango mixture and gently roll it into a ball and put it on the pan for roasting.
- After roasting the mango poli well on both sides, put ghee on it and serve to eat the poli.
- Hapus mango sweet poli made in easy way is ready.
