Here, in the BPO department of a renowned IT company, Hindu girls have been accused of sexually harassing them by promising them jobs and promotions, forcing them to convert to religion and pressurizing them to eat beef. BJP leaders have called it 'corporate jihad'. 7 accused including a woman have been arrested in this case.
What is the whole matter?
Hindu girls were employed under Muslim managers in the BPO office of an IT company located in Satpur area of Nashik. It is alleged that Hindu girls were sexually harassed by luring them with salary increase and job confirmation. Not only this, he was also pressurized to offer namaz and eat beef.
It is also alleged that Hindu girls were made fun of their religion in front of them. They were told that Shivalinga was like genitals, Krishna was a debaucher and Draupadi was a prostitute. According to the complaint, all this continued continuously from 2022 to 2026. On March 25, a girl showed courage and lodged a complaint. After this, the police appealed to the remaining girls also to come forward, after which 7 more girls filed a complaint.
So far 9 FIRs have been registered in this case. Asif Ansari, Shafi Sheikh, Shahrukh Qureshi, Raza Memon, Tausif Attar, Danish Sheikh and a female HR manager have been arrested. It is being told that most of these accused are married.

A Special Investigation Team (SIT) was formed to investigate the case. To win the trust of the victim girls, SIT formed an intelligence team, which also included 6 women police officers. These officers contacted the girls and won their trust. He collected information about atrocities taking place at meetings and on other occasions. On the basis of this the accused were arrested.
