Mumbai: Renowned playback singer Shreya Ghoshal has purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Worli for ₹29.70 crore, according to property registration documents.

The apartment is located in the premium residential project Godrej Trilogy and was jointly acquired by Shreya along with her parents, Biswajit Ghoshal and Shamishtha Ghoshal.

Details of the property

As per documents reviewed by Square Yards, the apartment offers a carpet area of 2,430.06 sq ft and a total built-up area of 2,750.28 sq ft. The property also includes three dedicated car parking spaces, a feature typical of high-end residential developments in Mumbai.

The transaction was officially registered on April 1, 2026.

Stamp duty and charges

For the purchase, a stamp duty of ₹1.78 crore was paid, along with registration charges amounting to ₹30,000, in line with prevailing property transaction norms in Maharashtra.
