Automobile manufacturer Honda has introduced its new Amaze car in the compact sedan segment. The ‘automatic’ version of this car is priced at `8.66 lakh ex-showroom. If this car is purchased in Delhi, it will cost around Rs 61000 for RTO charges and around Rs 44000 for insurance. As a result, the ‘on-road’ price of the Honda Amaze is roughly Rs 9.71 lakh.

How much EMI after two lakh down payment?

If you are buying the automatic variant of Honda Amaze, the loan can be given by the bank on the ex-showroom price. In such a case, after making a down payment of around 2 lakhs, you will have to finance the remaining amount of 7.71 lakhs. If the bank gives a loan for 7 years at 9% interest rate, you will have to pay an EMI of around ₹12,403 per month.

How expensive will the car cost?

If you take a car loan of 7.71 lakhs for 7 years at 9% interest rate, you will pay an EMI of 12,403 per month over seven years. Hence, considering ex-showroom price, on-road costs and interest, the total cost of the car can go up to around ₹12.41 lakh.

Honda’s Amaze comes in the compact sedan segment. The car competes directly with the likes of Maruti Dzire, Tata Tigor and Hyundai Aura in this segment.
