Horrific accident in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, speeding car overturned on the road, 3 people died on the spot

In a tragic road accident in Madhya Pradesh’s Dewas district late Saturday night, three people died on the spot while another person was seriously injured. According to the information, the car was at excessive speed, due to which the driver could not control the vehicle and the car overturned on the roadside. The accident was so severe that the vehicle was completely damaged. In the accident, three people traveling in the car died on the spot while another one was seriously injured.

The injured person was immediately taken to the nearest hospital with the help of local people, where after first aid, he was referred to Indore in view of his serious condition. All the deceased and injured are said to be residents of village Gunai in Dewas district, due to which there is an atmosphere of mourning in the village. This accident happened near Newri Phata on Dewas-Bhopal Highway at around 1.30 am on Saturday night, when a speeding car went out of control and overturned.

As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and took stock of the situation. The police have taken the bodies into their custody and sent them for post-mortem. Also, the accident site has been inspected and investigation has been started. In the preliminary investigation, the main reason for the accident is said to be high speed, although the police is also investigating other possible reasons. Officials say that all aspects to the accident will be investigated closely.

Police officials said that in the CCTV footage posted some distance away from the accident site, the vehicle is seen coming at a high speed. The exact cause of the accident is not yet known, an investigation team is being formed to find out the exact cause. At present, the relatives of the deceased have been informed about the accident.

Police have appealed to the people to be careful on the road and follow the prescribed speed limit, so that such tragic incidents can be avoided. Dr. Rahul Gehlot said, “Four people met with an accident, out of which three died. One person was brought here in a critical condition, after which he was treated and admitted here.”
