• two glasses of water

• three lemons

• six teaspoons sugar

• one tablespoon coriander juice

• salt as per taste

• black salt

• 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder

How to make Coriander Lemon Sherbet

To make coriander lemon sherbet, first wash the fresh coriander leaves thoroughly so that there is no soil or dirt left. Then grind coriander with some water and extract its juice. Now take two glasses of water in a bowl. Squeeze the juice of three fresh lemons in it. Then add sugar and stir well until the sugar dissolves completely. Now add coriander juice, salt as per taste, black salt and green cardamom powder. Mix all the ingredients well. Pour into a serving glass and serve chilled with ice cubes.
