When the stove is heated with water at a certain point, this electrolyzer breaks down the water into oxygen and hydrogen. Then special technology inside the stove produces hydrogen gas. That is the fuel. As a result, no separate gas is required to run the stove.
The biggest advantage of the stove is that it is eco-friendly. Cooking on LPG gas emits carbon. But cooking on this hydrogen stove only releases water vapor and oxygen. As a result, there is no harm to the environment. The stove is suitable for both home and restaurant use. It has two burners. But how much does this hydrogen stove cost? It is known that the price of this particular stove is around one and a half lakh rupees. Hence, according to many, it is beyond the reach of the middle class. But they also believe that this hydrogen stove can be an alternative to LPG powered stoves in the future.
