In Alwar, Rajasthan, a minor couple committed suicide by jumping in front of a train. The family was against their relationship, due to which they took this step. Police have registered the case and started investigation.

A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Alwar district of Rajasthan. Here on Friday morning a minor boy and girl committed suicide by jumping in front of a moving train. This tragic accident happened near Surer Railway Station. As soon as the information was received, teams of Police, Railway Police and Government Railway Police (GRP) reached the spot.

The bodies were sent for postmortem

The police took both the bodies into their custody and kept them in the mortuary of Rajgarh Community Health Center (CHC). According to a report in India Today, the bodies were handed over to their families after postmortem. A forensic team also reached the hospital and collected evidence related to the case.

The family did not approve of the relationship

Police said that both the minors were in love with each other, but their families were against this relationship. It is believed that due to this both of them were upset and perhaps due to this they took this dreadful step. India Today report states that both studied in the same school. The boy had recently passed 12th class, while the girl had appeared in 12th.

Before committing suicide, the boy had shared a message on social media. He wrote, “Friend, if I die suddenly, don't be sad, the promise was of friendship, not of life.” This message is now going viral rapidly and is making this incident even more emotional.

What did the families tell?

According to the boy's father, his son had left home without informing on Friday morning. Later they came to know that he had gone to Surer Railway Station with the girl. He told the police that he had no suspicion on anyone in this matter. Meanwhile, the girl's father said that she was at home till 11 pm on Thursday night. The entire family slept in the same room, but when they woke up around 5 in the morning, the daughter was missing. After a lot of searching, the family came to know that she had gone with the boy.

Railway police investigation continues

Railway Police has registered a case based on the statements of both the families. Investigation is being done to understand every aspect of the incident. This tragic case has once again raised concerns about the emotional stress faced by teenagers and the need to support them during difficult times.
