Dry Fruit Ladoo is not only amazing in taste but also very beneficial for the body. Dry fruits like almonds, cashews, walnuts, dates provide energy to the body and relieve fatigue. Interestingly, these laddus can be made without sugar, making them a great snack for health conscious people. You can easily make these laddus at home which are loved by everyone from kids to adults. Materials:
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 cup dates (seeds removed)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 cup grated dried fruit (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Make sweet and sour curry with cumin seeds in 5 minutes in hot summers, will reduce the problem of pitta and will keep the stomach cool.
Action:
- First dry roast almonds, cashew nuts and walnuts on low flame.
- After these roasted dry fruits cool down, grind them into a thick powder in a mixer.
- Finely chop the dates or grind them in a mixer.
- Heat ghee in a pan, add dates and saute for 2-3 minutes, cook until soft.
- Now add the prepared dry fruits powder and mix well.
- Add cardamom powder and combine the mixture.
- Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool a little and turn it into a small ladle by hand.
- Hot and nutritious Dry Fruit Ladoo is ready. You can store this ladle in an airtight container for several days.
