Virat Kohli created a moment of happiness for his fans during the IPL 2026 match between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Barsapara Stadium.
The match started late because of rain delays but the audience continued to watch Kohli bat. RCB had a poor start as Phil Salt got out on the very first ball. Kohli also began his performance in an uncertain manner. He could have been out for zero, but a mistake from Riyan Parag gave him a chance. Kohli started attacking the bowlers after his initial phase of play.
He scored 32 runs from just 16 balls, hitting seven fours. His batting performance showed that he maintained a strike rate of 200 while he exhibited good form during his brief existence at the batting position.

Kohli seemed prepared to achieve a significant score when Ravi Bishnoi brought a turning point to the contest. Riyan Parag, his captain, introduced him into the match at the beginning of the fifth over. Bishnoi delivered his best ball on the fifth delivery of the over. Kohli missed the line completely, and the ball hit the stumps. The star batter experienced a special type of dismissal when he got bowled out.
Kohli looked surprised as he walked back to the pavilion. The wicket celebration by Bishnoi showed his excitement because he had secured an essential wicket for his team.
The crowd, which had been cheering loudly, suddenly went quiet. Fans wearing RCB jerseys filled the stadium area. Parag then tried to lift the mood by asking the home crowd to cheer for Rajasthan.

Bishnoi continues strong form in IPL 2026
Ravi Bishnoi has been in great form this season in the Indian Premier League. He currently leads the tournament as the most successful wicket-taker. The 25-year-old spinner has taken nine wickets in just four matches so far. In his first match against Chennai he collected one wicket and then achieved four wickets against Gujarat.
He picked two wickets in both of his recent matches. His consistent bowling has made him one of the key players for Rajasthan this season. In the current game his bowling has caused difficulties for RCB. The defending champions from a difficult situation reached to a good total of 201 with 8 wickets down in 20 overs.
Rajasthan Royals will try to achieve an important victory through their aggresive batters who execute their tasks successfully.
