Recently, Bathell made quite an impression among other players during the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026. He had delivered some outstanding performances especially in the semi-final where he faced the India.

 

He scored 105 runs in 48 ball in a challenging Wankhede Stadium match. His batting performance included multiple boundary hits and six home runs which demonstrated his aggressive batting approach.
