New Delhi: Actor Randeep Hooda and his wife Lin Laishram have introduced their newborn daughter to the world, revealing her name as Nyomica Hooda in a heartfelt Instagram post.

Sharing an intimate moment, Randeep posted a picture of Lin lovingly holding their baby and described their daughter as the new “center” of their lives. He explained that the name Nyomica represents divine grace, freedom, and a boundless spirit.

The couple became parents on March 10, and their announcement was met with an outpouring of love from fans as well as members of the film fraternity.

In a touching gesture, Randeep had earlier shared a photograph of his father, Ranbir Singh Hooda, cradling the newborn. Accompanying the image was a greeting in Haryanvi, along with an emotional note reflecting on how fatherhood has deepened his appreciation for his own parent.

He also expressed gratitude to Lin, thanking her for bringing their daughter into the world and for giving him the experience of becoming a father, calling it a lifetime of love.

The couple’s journey into parenthood has been widely celebrated online, with congratulatory messages pouring in from both celebrities and admirers.

Randeep and Lin were married on November 29, 2023, in a traditional Meitei ceremony held in Imphal. The wedding, though private, gained attention for its rich cultural elements and authentic representation of Manipuri traditions.

They had announced they were expecting their first child on their second wedding anniversary, sharing a warm, candid photograph and hinting at the arrival of their “little wild one.”

On the professional front, Randeep is currently involved in upcoming films including Eetha, alongside Shraddha Kapoor and Nana Patekar, as well as Laal Rang 2, both of which are generating anticipation among audiences.
