Delhi ICSIL DEO and MTS Vacancy: Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL) has announced a contract-based recruitment drive for the year 2026, under which approximately 40 positions for Data Entry Operators (DEO) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) will be filled. Candidates interested in participating in this recruitment must visit the official website and register online starting from April 10, 2026.

**12th Pass Candidates Can Also Apply**
For the position of Data Entry Operator (DEO), it is mandatory for candidates to hold a Graduation degree from a recognized university or institution. Conversely, for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) position, candidates are required to have passed at least the 12th grade (Intermediate level). In other words, a higher qualification is required for the DEO role, whereas a standard educational qualification is sufficient for the MTS role.

Regarding the age limit, a minimum age of 21 years has been prescribed for both positions. Candidates under this age limit are ineligible to apply for these posts.

**How ​​Will the Selection Process Work?**
The selection process will commence with an initial scrutiny of the candidates' application forms, during which supporting documents—such as proof of age, educational qualifications, and work experience—will be verified. Should the volume of applications be exceptionally high, the department reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on suitable criteria deemed appropriate at its discretion.

Subsequently, shortlisted candidates will be summoned for document verification, where they will be required to present all their original certificates. The subsequent stages of the process may involve an interview or interaction session; additionally, depending on the specific position, a skill test or a written examination may also be conducted. Finally, a merit panel will be prepared based on the candidates' overall performance, from which the final selection will be made. Application Fee: ₹590
