Set against the misty green landscapes of Madikeri and Bhagamandala, Peter stars Raajesh Dhruva , Janvi Rayala and Raviksha Shetty . The film, which has been produced by Ravi Hiremath and Rakesh Hegde under the banner Viriddhi Studios hits the screens today. Director and writer Sukesh Shetty tells us, “After my first film, Doordarshan, choosing the subject for my next was not easy, especially when bringing audiences to theatres itself has become a challenge. Viewing patterns change constantly, and filmmakers must reinvent their approach every few years.”
He adds that Peter was conceived with a clear focus on engagement and scale. “I wanted to create a film that goes beyond storytelling to offer a compelling theatrical experience,” he says. Blending mystery with the haunting beauty of Coorg , Peter is expected to unfold as an edge-of-the-seat narrative. “By filming in Madikeri and Bhagamandala, we’ve captured an intense suspense drama set amid lush greenery.
